About The Integration
Pathao is a major Bangladeshi tech company & super-app that offers a wide range of services including delivery logistics / courier, ride sharing, food delivery, parcel & courier services, e-commerce deliveries, fintech services, etc. Merchants can access Pathao’s courier / parcel / merchant API via its Developer / Merchant panel.
How To Connect This
Connecting your REDX courier account with Spensit takes just a few minutes. Once linked, your orders and shipments will sync automatically, allowing you to generate airway bills, schedule pickups, and track deliveries directly from your dashboard. Step 1 - Get Your REDX Access token If you’re a registered REDX user, log in to your merchant dashboard and find your **ACCESS TOKEN**, under the API or Integration section. These details will allow Spensit to authenticate securely with your Pathao account. Step 2 - Go to Spensit Integrations In your Spensit dashboard, open Tools → Integrations→ REDX and click “Connect Account.” Step 3 - Enter Your Credentials Input your REDX account details, including your ACCESS TOKEN Step 4 - Verify and Connect Once you click "Connect", Spensit will securely validate your credentials through REDX API and confirm the connection. You’ll see a success message when your REDX account is linked successfully. Step 5 - Start Shipping After your account is connected, you can automatically create shipments from confirmed orders, print shipping labels, and track deliveries in real time - all from one place in Spensit.

All courier credentials you enter are encrypted and stored securely in our Supabase database using AES-256-GCM encryption. The details are never visible in plain text. When Spensit needs to communicate with REDX such as to create an order or fetch tracking details it uses temporary encrypted session tokens generated on demand.
Your data remains private, protected, and not accessible unless only during active sessions with the use of tokens. This ensures that your courier connections are both convenient and fully secure.
