By accessing or using Spensit (the “Platform”), a website and mobile application SaaS designed to simplify accounting, invoicing, CRM, payment collection, and financial management, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

1.2 The Platform is intended for personal and internal business use.

1.3 By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Users may create an account on Spensit to access features including invoicing, payment processing, inventory management, and CRM services.

2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.

2.3 Spensit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans: Access to Spensit’s services may require a subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and available plans are described on the Platform.

3.2 Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, accounts will not be automatically charged; services will be suspended unless upgraded to a paid subscription.

3.3 Payment Methods:

Bangladesh: Users receive a Spenspay payment link monthly to pay via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Payment. Payments can also be made via my.spensit.com. A 3-day grace period is provided before account suspension for unpaid fees.

International: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Users may opt for auto-renewal.

3.4 Failure to Pay: Accounts may be temporarily suspended for non-payment. Spensit reserves the right to terminate accounts with unpaid fees after reasonable notice.

3.5 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Users agree to use the Platform lawfully, respecting the rights of others, and not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulationsReverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the PlatformUpload malicious software or interfere with Platform security

4.2 Integrations with third-party applications require API credentials provided by the user. Users must not enter personal account credentials of third-party services. All integrations occur securely through encrypted databases and APIs.

4.3 Spensit provides insights, automation, and financial reporting “as is”. Results may vary, and users are responsible for verifying financial data before decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, technology, software, and branding on the Platform are the exclusive property of Spensit or its licensors.

5.2 Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on Spensit without prior written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Spensit collects and processes personal and business data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to this collection, storage, and processing.

6.2 Servers are hosted in Singapore and Australia, with encryption and secure data management protocols in place.

6.3 Users remain responsible for securing access to their data, including API keys for third-party integrations.

7. Termination

7.1 You may terminate your account at any time through the Platform.

7.2 Spensit may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:

Breach of Term Non-payment Illegal or unauthorized use of the Platform

7.3 Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will cease, and access to your account may be permanently disabled.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8.2 Spensit is not liable for:

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities Unauthorized access to accounts or third-party integrations Technical failures, downtime, or errors

8.3 Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved amicably in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

10. Modifications

10.1 Spensit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

10.2 Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Integrations with External Applications

Spensit allows customers to seamlessly connect and integrate a wide range of external applications to extend the functionality of the Platform. Integrations enable users to synchronize data, automate workflows, and streamline operations across accounting, CRM, payment processing, and other business tools.

How Integrations Work:

API Credentials: To activate an integration, users must provide their API credentials for the external application.

Important: Users must not enter personal login credentials (such as email/password) for these services. Only API keys, tokens, or authorized service credentials should be used.

Instant Activation: Once valid API credentials are provided, the integration is activated instantly through Spensit’s secure and encrypted Supabase database.

Data Security: All data transmitted between Spensit and external applications is handled via end-to-end encrypted APIs, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.

Session-Based Access: Integrations operate using secure session tokens, granting temporary, controlled access to the external service without exposing sensitive user credentials.

User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that API credentials are accurate and that they have the proper permissions to authorize integrations.

By connecting external applications, users can automate processes, pull real-time data, and manage workflows efficiently, while Spensit ensures maximum security and compliance for all integrated services.
