Once connected, your Spensit invoices and checkout orders can be instantly dispatched through Steadfast, eliminating manual booking and reducing fulfillment time for your customers.
How To Connect This
How to Connect Your Steadfast Account Step 1 — Get Your API Credentials Login to your Steadfast Merchant Portal and navigate to the API Access section. Here, you’ll find your API Key, Merchant ID, and Password/Token. Step 2 — Connect in Spensit In your Spensit dashboard, go to Integrations → Fulfillment → Steadfast. Select “Connect Steadfast Account” and enter the credentials from your Merchant Portal: API Key Merchant ID Password/Token Step 3 — Authenticate Click “Connect” to verify your credentials. Once confirmed, your account will be securely linked to Spensit. Step 4 — Automate Delivery From now on, whenever you finalize an invoice or a checkout order that requires delivery, Spensit will automatically generate a Steadfast shipment order with all customer and product details pre-filled. You can view shipping status directly from the Orders or Fulfillment tab. Cash on Delivery (COD) Handling If you offer COD, Spensit will automatically mark the order as “Pending Payment” until Steadfast confirms delivery. When the COD is settled, your sales and accounting metrics update automatically, keeping your books balanced.

All courier credentials you enter are encrypted and stored securely in our Supabase database using AES-256-GCM encryption. The details are never visible in plain text. When Spensit needs to communicate with your service provider such as to create an order or fetch payment credentials it uses temporary encrypted session tokens generated on demand.
Your data remains private, protected, and not accessible unless only during active sessions with the use of tokens. This ensures that your connections are both convenient and fully secure.
